There are not many people who know about Super Sentai in Myanmar. It is a long running Japanesehero series. It is known as Power Rangers in Myanmar and all over the world. In fact, Power Rangers is derived from Super Sentai. Not many people know about Super Sentai in Myanmar because of the local television channels do not broadcast officially. The first series of Super Sentai, Himitsu Sentai Goranger, was brocast during 1975-1977. Generally, Myanmar people think that these are the movie series for the children. However, adult people also interest in watching those series. Moreover, adult people collect those toys and mecha robot in terms of collection. In 2011, Super Sentai celebrates 35 years anniversary along with Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger which is pirates theme hero series (Super Sentai 2011).
